We are a volunteer run group, started by young people, with the key aim to create a safe and welcoming community for local queer people. We are also passionate about improving the increasingly negative experiences faced by transgender people within the UK right now, and want our events to bring both comfort and change for the trans+ community. We intend to continue fighting by making our voices heard and raising awareness to reach FULL equality for all trans people.
The time has come again for our annual main event - Trans Pride Winchester 2025!
Our second annual celebration of the local trans+ community will occur on Saturday 27th September 2025 at unit 12 community centre in Winnall.
The event will feature a March through the city centre at 1pm, as well as our main event with performances, a creative market and refreshments at Unit 12

Trans Pride Winchester is a peaceful and support focused event including our march/parade through winchester and any speeches made during it. Please avoid any aggressive or violent behaviour as this goes entirely against our ethos and does not reflect what we support and encourage.
Please remember to behave as you wish others to behave towards you and show respect to other people at the march and the event. Absolutely zero harassment or abuse of any kind will be tolerated and you will be instantly asked to leave. If you witness any issue during the day, please notify a volunteer.
We have taken all steps to ensure full safety and comfort for all attendees however we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused during the event. A basic first aid kit will be provided if required however we ask anyone with specific needs to bring necessary equipment. Trans Pride Winchester cannot accept any responsibility for any issues during the day.
